Lopez Tacos is the first truck featured on Tommy’s Tracks Taco Tuesdays, and for a great reason! When Tommy, Barry and Dave were building the studio in the summer of 2012, they stumbled upon Lopez on their way to Lowe’s for building materials. Lopez’s tasty tacos quickly became the go-to favorite and our benchmark for taco truck tacos in Nashville.
